On May 16, we continue our “Reimagined” series with a bold new partner: the beloved Cuban restaurant, Cuba Cuba. This ten-course tasting is a true one-night-only experience—never offered before, and never to return.

Michael Dunning and the Mizuna kitchen have reinterpreted five of Cuba Cuba’s most celebrated plates, pairing them with five original creations of their own. The result? A rare meeting of two culinary styles—elegant, playful, and entirely unique.

Expect nods to Cuban classics like ropa vieja, croquettes, and of course, a Cubano sandwich, all reimagined through Mizuna’s culinary lens.
